SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
It typically takes us 1 to 2 business days to process your order.
Please note, processing times are separate from the shipping times you may see during check out. All orders are processed the same day if an order is received into our system before noon (12:00 pm CST). Processing time excludes weekends, federal holidays, and Christmas/New Years.

- Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be delays in distribution. If you do not receive the product within 15 days, please contact us at: siwiey@126.com with your name, contact information and order number. We will carefully investigate the delay and report back to you with our findings.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
We cannot accept a return (even within 14 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
Products modified in any manner
Products repaired by anyone other than SIWIEY
Products that have been subject to misuse or unreasonable use
Products damaged by normal wear and tear
Products damaged by negligence
Products purchased from an unauthorized seller
Products listed as final sale at the time of purchase
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at siwiey@126.com to obtain an Authorized Return number. After receiving an authorized number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to our returning address:
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return. Then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at .
